Introduction
This year, OFEK top of document Conference Aims and Primary Task
The skeletal structure of the conference was developed at the Tavistock Institute in London after the Second World War, with a view to studying the behavior and development of groups, organizations and societies.
The conference examines the interaction between the structure of an organization or a system, the dynamic processes taking place within it, and the patterns of leadership and authority of its directors and other office holders (role takers).
The assumption is that the personal, group and system components are interconnected, and that they determine the ability of both individual and organization to adapt, change and grow.

The conference is based on experiential, empirical learning. Its topics are explored as they evolve, top of document Membership
